Wow very nice gym! Massage chairs, water jet Massage, tanning, IR therapy and I haven't even got to the workout yet!!Great selection of machines and the layout of the equipment is well thought out.Also, this is the cleanest gym I have ever attended.

Leah’s attitude is completely distasteful and disrespectful. She was nasty and rude towards a member that was trying to use the massage beds. Honestly, how did she get to an assistant manager with her unprofessional behavior? You guys don’t see it? Does she fake it that good for the higher ups? I cancelled my membership after her display of actions. I will not support PF as they are okay with rude out right mean people as their employees.The gym itself had equipment way too close to each-other. Bumping elbows on the elliptical. They do not plan to expand upstairs even though us members need more physical room. Its hard to catch a trainer to show you the machine. All around disappointment from the gym all the way down to the assistant manager leah’s attitude and customer service.

PF to me is an all around great gym; something for everyone and in a relaxed environment. The 915 South Gilbert Road PF is beautiful and super clean. Excellent staff as well.

This is a great, newer Planet Fitness location. It's super clean, the staff are very helpful and friendly and I really enjoy the perks of the Black Card membership. (hydro-massage, tanning, etc.)
