Reyna and Amanda (Alma School/Elliott location-Chandler) are especially friendly and accommodating. They exemplify the meaning of true customer service. Planet Fitness should look for profiles identical to the ones these two possess for future hires!

Brans new facility that has all new equipment. The place is always clean and well maintained. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. Has all the amenities you come to expect from Planet Fitness.

This gym is very clean and doesn't have the typical stink of sweat. It has all of the machines I was looking for and some I have never used. There are free weights but I don't use them because of back injuries. I would recommend this place. Also the employees are friendly.

The temperature is too high. It’s difficult to breathe, each time I go it is too hot. The staff have jackets on with long sleeves, they aren’t working out. After voicing concerns the temperature is still all over the map, the wifi doesn’t work with the tv’s. They don’t offer members any perks for the issues. It’s been over. Month and still no wifi. Sad it’s a new building and close to home.

Well there are no classes here, you don't have to pay for a personal trainer because they have one on board all the time. He worked up a program for me, and he's even helping me put to something together that I can do at home when I can't get to the gym.
