The dirtiest gym in town. Things are getting worse in this gym. It is sad to see a gym that I joined over 25 years ago, and it was top of the line, to the dirtiest with worst customer service. The games floor has mud and crusts of dirt. The showers are filling with black mold in every crevice. How does this happen? It's sad.

I typically don't do the Karen but today I will. I am truly irritated by the amount of teenagers in the gym after 5:00p. They are not exercising but socializing, rough playing or just standing around in groups. Sometimes in the middle of the floor, workout area or hovering over a machine/equipment that they are not going to use. The guy has become a meet up spot for them and while others have complained, the issue hasn't been resolved. Last night (10/10/23) I was fed up. I recorded them fighting with a roller. And come on, I am a black woman and if these were young boys of my color, they would have been kicked out and definitely not allowed to gather in groups. I went to get staff which was of no help. The guy basically walked right past them and asked me what were they doing as if he did not see it. This was not a good feeling at all. This location happens to be within walking distance from where I live. I guess I'll stick to morning workouts instead b/c management doesn't see this as an issue.

My husband had to replace his card last month so our gym memberships were not paid up. I tried to cancel my membership today and the woman at the front desk claimed I had to pay and then wait 24 hours and come back to cancel. I paid and then decided to go to the altadena location to try to cancel and the nice woman at their location cancelled my membership right away. Makes no sense to have to jump through these hoops to just cancel the membership. Seems like a scam.

I've been a regular at 24 Hour Fitness in Glendale for a while now, and while there are some positives, there are also areas that could use improvement. On the positive side, the price is reasonable, making it accessible for many. The staff is generally friendly and helpful when needed. However, I can't help but notice a few downsides. The gym equipment is noticeably outdated, which can be frustrating at times. Finding weights in their proper place can also be a challenge, as they tend to be misplaced. One significant drawback is the early closing time, which doesn't align well with a 24-hour gym concept. It's disappointing to see the gym close early when many people prefer late-night workouts. In summary, 24 Hour Fitness in Glendale has its pros and cons. It's affordable and has a friendly staff, but the outdated equipment, weight organization, and early closing hours could use some attention. Overall, it's not a bad choice, but I hope to see some upgrades in the future.

The kid at the front desk has a name tag that says he's in sales. Really? My first time back after the pandemic, walked in & commented that they had a different way to check in. He said snidely, "we haven't done it that way in over 3 years". Seriously? You trying to make me feel dumb & lazy? Then I asked him to look up my membership because my health insurance pays for it and I wasn't sure that it was still active. He kept on saying over and over again that it was terminated! Dude, calm down and just say it was discontinued. Learn some actual sales skills because right now you're failing!

Been going to this gym almost 20 years. It's very disappointing that it closes at 10pm. For working individuals it's hard to get a workout at night since it closes at 10pm. 24 hours management, can you extend the hours from closing at 10pm to at 11pm like it used to be before pandemic?

Get ready for major BO. Maybe it’s a culture thing but first visit caught me off guard. Very convenient when I have class at the community college.

Staff and manager don’t care what’s going on in there they are just there . Over crowded . And corporation seems like they just get a money and don’t care what’s going on there .
