Arin Training

This is a review for the Glendale location of Arin Training. I trained at this location back in 2011 or so a few times. I think he's a fantastic trainer. In fact, I found him here at the Glendale location then moved over to Pasadena since that's when I work these days. But whether it's the Glendale location or Pasadena location, Arin is a master of his craft. He is quite an experienced and very highly credentials trainer with a long list of qualifications and a masters degree.....Seriously?? What trainer has a master's degree?!?! I was very impressed because in my past experience with trainers - esp at corporate places I shall keep unnamed - most of them are part time actors or comedians or what not. But Arin really took the time and developed a gameplan for me and I got results from it so I can't complain. Arin Training definitely gets 5 stars from me.

I trained with Arin a couple of years ago. He is a great personal trainer. Although, I only trained for about 6 months, I saw a huge difference in my body. I lost body fat and gained more muscle in the process and difference was very visible to myself and I felt much better mentally. He is very caring and professional. I highly recommend him.

I've been training with Arin at the Glendale location (mostly in-home training) for a little over 3 years now. I've had quite a bit of experience with trainers in the past, but in my honest opinion I can say that none are as detailed than Arin.Just to give u a little back story: I was dealing with chronic shoulder pain many years ago. I've done all kinds of manual therapy and prescriptions for pain. Further, this pain made me not workout and thus put on a little weight. After my doc diagnosed the shoulder issues I was having, I found Arin for some strengthening of my shoulder (as well as to lose weight). He's quite a bright professional so he gave me exercises to do to help my shoulder mobility. The program he designed - as well as my healthy eating - really helped drop some of the weight.Fast forward 3 years and I still see him twice weekly. I think his expertise is valuable for anyone looking to correct an issue in their body (such as shoulder pain) as well as to lose weight. Working out should be something everyone must do....but not everyone knows HOW to workout. I definitely recommend Arin Training to teach u how to exercise. That's really what it comes down to.
