The first improvement I noticed was almost immediate and I was thrilled! I started sleeping better!When I started Dahn Yoga I was not sleeping well, was having problems with my balance and was very fatigued. Like I said, I started sleeping better almost immediately. I haven't fallen down in months which, let me tell you, is awesome! I feel better overall and my body is definitely in a better condition.Besides the physical improvements I am also better able to handle stress and I am generally calmer overall.Absolutely recommend Dahn Yoga!

The yoga classes are wonderful. My body has been detoxified so much after taking classes at Glendale center. Over last two years, my body has been craving less and less meat while detoxified. Recently I made transition to a 100% vegetarian diet effortlessly. I really appreciate Dahn yoga classes gave me this experience. I highly recommend Dahn Yoga to everyone! I have been a member for over 3 years now. If I could, I would go to class every day. I try to go on regular basis, and always feel better when I am able to do so. The instructors are fabulous and patient, yet definitely give you a good workout. However, they also work with you and your physical abilities and gradually over time, you will find improvement in your balance, and flexibility. There is a definite mind/body connection and I always feel so relaxed when I leave. Be sure to give this a try!

I've only been going to Dahn Yoga for a month, but I love it! As other reviewers have mentioned, the instructors are caring and intuitive. They try to learn as much as they can about each student's health in order to provide the best experience possible. I did hatha yoga for ten years, and what I love about Dahn yoga is that it's so holistic. It's very interested in the mind, as well as the body. Dahn yoga overtly explore the mind-body connection, which, of course, affects so much. The facility itself is peaceful and welcoming. I can't recommend it enough!
