Absolutely love this place!! Not only the classes challenge you to your limits, it will be one of the main things you’ll look forward to in your week because of how fun the community is. The workouts are best for maintaining muscle and losing fat as well as learning many new skills. The only thing that makes me gladly wake up at 6 on a Monday morning is to come here and train. The coaches here are so amazing and fun! Their energy is a pre-workout!

Boxing RX is amazing! Highly recommend this place. Came here at my heaviest weight and down 15 pounds in about 2 months. Besides just the weight and health benefits I’ve also met a ton of great friends through the class. Also the coach are all amazing and good people that just want to help you succeed in your goals!

I’ve been a boxer for a while now and was super excited when this new gym opened near my apartment. Kevin and the staff are amazing and really break down boxing fundamentals. All levels are welcome and the classes are a great mix of boxing as well as strength and conditioning. My favorite coach is Ast. I love when there’s a female coach in the gym. Definitely try their intro class and see if you’d want to sign up for a full membership. I’m so happy I did!

BoxingRx is an awesome place to workout and to engage with others who are looking to improve their health. I feel much better since coming here and I really enjoy this community. It is truly for every person at any level. The coaches are super approachable, engaging, and friendly. They care and it shows :).

Going to BoxingRx is such an awesome experience. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. Coach Kevin and Coach Ast are very nice and give great workouts. The environment is motivating/ encouraging. I would recommend anyone to join the gym. You will not regret it!!

I started boxing classes at the BoxingRx Glendale location about 2 months ago. I really like the program and atmosphere of the gym. The coaches are great and welcoming, and so are the people you work out with. Even with my busy schedule at school and work - I look forward to going to class!

Working out has never been this much fun! I love all the instructors. The gym is always nice and clean and it’s easy to find parking. These boxing classes will make you sweat! I’ve been going 3 to 4 times a week for the last 2 months and I’ve lost 8lbs. I highly recommend this gym.

I go to three of the group sessions every week, and have been doing so for a few months now. Each trainer I've worked with has been friendly, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I hadn't done boxing for years when I joined this gym, and I was able to quickly get back up to speed, and learn a bunch of new tricks on the way. I highly recommend this gym!

I had always wanted to try boxing but was too intimidated to join a gym. I took a chance on Boxing Rx and came in for an evaluation and trial. I met with Kevin and from the get go, I felt welcomed and accepted. Kevin was really informative about what the workouts would entail and how to manage my health to get the best results. I started with classes three times a week and I don’t think I have ever had such a great workout in my life. At this point, I have taken a class with almost all of the instructors and each one works you, hard. You will never be bored or stuck in a routine, trust me! It has now been about 2 months since I joined and I’m so much stronger physically and mentally than I was when I first started. I have pushed myself in ways I never would in the past and I’m grateful for the coaches for constantly motivating and encouraging us to go above and beyond. Also, the weight loss and confidence boost is an added bonus ;)

BoxingRx is great for people of all fitness levels. The moment I stepped in (I go to the Glendale location), I felt welcomed and supported. Class sizes are small and intimate and I always walk away having an amazing workout. The coaches are knowledgeable and engaging. There are loads of new and clean equipment and the routines are always changing to keep things fun. I actually enjoy exercising now!!
