When I came to this crossfit gym everyone there was very welcoming. This place is not too busy and every coach there is very helpful! They meet you where you are which means you don't need to be a a gym junkie to start. I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to make a real change in their fitness and health.

CrossFit Montrose is my go to for great workouts, wonderful new friends, and a beat and support that never stops. Coach Ben is so knowledgeable and the other coaches are also super! LOVE IT!

I joined CrossFit Montrose little over 5 years ago, and it has become part of my family. It has put me in an incredible physical and mental shape and I love the community that I have become part of.I travel a lot for work, and often visit local CrossFit Gyms, and I have to say that I always look forward to coming back to CFM and to the awesome coaching staff it has.
