Staff and members are very friendly and supportive! Best all body workout! I am a 62 year old woman … if I can do this you can do it. It is not a competition just do the best you can. Very nice facility, But the ‘director of the gym’ has no knowledge of owning a gym only knowledge of a business it’s a shame she was the only person I was able to speak to because I’m sure the other employees probably would have allowed what I was asking, they offer free classes ? But yet you have to pay to use the facilities what kind of fine print is that

I used to go here. I only stopped, because my work and school schedules are too demanding. I'll definitely be back. In the meantime, my step-son comes here, and he loves it.

Corey, Jade & Rich are all super friendly and accommodating from the serious boxer to newbies. They create an open learning environment for people starting out, while having classes that are a great workout and skill building.

A great gym, especially for people who may have gym anxiety. I've left many gyms because of overcrowding and discomfort around other members. Everyone here, at the very least, minds there own business, but more often is very kind and supportive. Owner always willing to give tips and help out.(Also cool custom art with rumors of more to come by local artist MRSN)

My kids love coming to finesse boxing. The boxing classes they receive are perfect for beginners. I like that the instructors and staff are friendly. The gym is clean and looks brand new. 100% recommend to check it out.
