I've been a been a member for 4 months now and haven't been able to use the gym. And also some how I'm paying for two memberships, without access. I've tried to contact management but they aren't taking it seriously enough. i hope to get this issue resolved so i can change my review. but now this location feels unprofessional

Liar Liar Pants on Fire! Jose the Manager assured me that my gym membership would be cancelled in 30 days. It wasn't! Then when I complained he said "Oh somehow it renewed again but it won't do it next month" It has every month for 6 months. When I complain it just renews again. Liars especially the manager Jose.

Salvador Flores very welcoming and knowledgeable about the gym showed us around. It was able to answer all questions about equipment and membership. Also he help me out because My Baby needed her pamper change but childcare was closed and he still allow me to go in there and change her pamper and also gave me a quick tour of the childcare area called kids club.

After being told that they canceled my membership. They lied to me again. Stay away from them. They rip you off. If your rich & want to throw money away. Donate it to a non-profit.

Wish people rinse before going into the pool or hot tub. The shower is right in the area. I guess some humans believe are in the Victorian era. Also, housekeeping is very poor. Under the floater nuddles in the pool section, there is trash that has not been moved for WEEKS! I bet no one ever sweeps or moves the containers to arrange the area. =/ 6 months later... the place needs consistent housekeeping. A year later... showers do not have soap 3 out of 5 times I visit the place. Things have improved but needs consistency.

They claim to be a low-cost Jim however they charge you $75 a year on top of what you pay every month and if you cancel without a 30-day notice they'll still charge you $75..

The gym itself has probably the best equipment out the only drawback is this location has become flooded and overcrowded it’s basically turned into a hangout spot after school. Good luck trying to get a full workout in all the equipments constantly flooded with groups of teenagers and that’s only if you can find parking.

DON’T DO PERSONAL TRAINING!!!! not worth your time and money. It’s only a 30min session TWICE a MONTH for $80 every two weeks and you can’t cancel for any reason you’re in a CONTRACT I was DUMB!!!! tik tok and you tube are better believe in yourself, I put my account on pause due to me being pregnant and fear of everything going on in the world and first I called to pause and had to keep calling multiple times to confirm I was in a pause with my gym membership and PT training then every time I called they never mentioned any charge for putting a gym membership in pause of $25 per month for personal training and $5 for the gyms membership I feel like I been cheated in the meeting for you information with your trainer they didn’t mention that ohh and that $25 won’t go towards the $80 of pt training it’s extra cash they get I mean let me quit if I want to but once again I’ll most definitely keep the gym membership because I like it but forget about PERSONAL TRAINING like I said the internet has options as well I been to other trainers and they charged less and have you worked with them more I’m going to add another review from another email so I can add morw information with the customer service issues they have

Came to the gym. Luis extremely and polite and professional. He answered all my questions I had regarding my membership. I’ll definitely be coming back.

The two men at the front desk displayed a type of energy at 4 am that brings the gym to life. Not to mention how clean it was. I’ve been to other gyms at 4 am and it looks like a tornado hit it.
