We went in because we got something in the mail for a seven day free trial. We get there and they made us wait 15 mins before someone (Johnny) came to talk to o us. Johnny was super rude. He wouldn’t give us a tour of the gym. He told us that he could only give a free trial for that day and the next day (it was already 6pm by the time he finally came to talk to us). He spelled our name wrong and didn’t know how to use the computer system, so he had to restart entering our information 5 times over before he gave up and just wrote down our names and phone numbers. Not a good environment. We went with a different gym.

Signed up for a 1 week temporary membership while I was visiting for a wedding. After agreeing to a one week membership, to be canceled after that week. They have continued to charge my cc. I have spoken with people at this location about this issue. The manager who signed me up has refused to get on the phone with me. Every time ive called, hes either not there or to busy to talk to me. The last time i called I was told that he would process all the monthly charges and cancel the membership. It would take a few weeks to process. It has been 6 weeks and they charged my card again with no transactions being refunded to date. Dishonest people and corporare should be disgusted with this type of a manger.

I went inside to get more information about kids club for my 5 month little boy. I didnt get the news I wanted but I can start bringing him next month at least. Overall, Jazmin was very lovely, helped me and showed me what they offer for my child's care. I loved my first experience walking into kids club, its a safe place for him while I hit the weights!

As other reviewers have mentioned, this gym is incredibly crowded. To the point that working out is not even enjoyable. Might as well bring a book to read while you wait over 20 minutes for a squat rack. I started working out at 6am, and even though it is much better then, it is still fairly busy. They’ve been saying for months the reason is because this is the new shiny EŌS in the valley and people are flocking to check it out. Well, that’s not the reason as this is becoming a problem at almost every EŌS location. The company has clearly oversold memberships. It’s too bad because the equipment and facility is actually nice. I would be willing to pay more if that limited the amount of new members. At this point it is clear they are pushing for quantity while willing to sacrifice quality.

Love this gym, and the kiddie care. Desiree is the sweetest person and you can tell she enjoys her job. There are other employees that are amazing and you can tell they love interacting with the kids. They are always playing with the kids and taking good care or them. There is one negative Nancy there, I don’t know her name but she looks so miserable every time I see her. She looks like she hates her job! Find another one if that’s the case hopefully the team notices and coaches her. But all in all this is my favorite facility and Desiree make you feel like family!! Most of the staff does!!

I want to start of by saying the gym is always nice and clean. The biggest thing I love about it is the kids care. I always take my kids in the morning so I can work out, and Jazmin is always there greeting my kids with a smile and already knows them by name. That's how you know that she does an amazing job there and every time I pass by, I always see her playing with my kids and interacting with them as well. At the end, they always leave happy and I couldn't ask for anything more. Big shout out to Jazmin for everything she does!!!

Great place! Not as busy as other gyms.They have Staff like Briana that always greets you and send you on your way after your workout! And willing to go the extra mile to help out with any little detail, for example Briana saw I had a previous account that was still showing up when I checked in, so she went out of her way to delete that for me!

I was kind of iffy on bringing my kids to the club but honestly I recommend it to anyone. The staff member there Jazmin made it so easy and simple. She explained everything to me, I thought my kids were just gonna be sitting and no one batting an eye but NO, they actually enjoy being there and want to come whenever possible. If it wasn't for Jazmin I'm pretty sure i would have never left my kids anywhere without me worrying about them. She is so approachable, respectful and all around awesome.

Equipment is amazing. Kinda crowed. Equipment is really close and not enough room to use free weights. But upgraded equipment and nice staff.If you use the daycare. Before you leave make sure to ask your child how it went. A staff member told my 7 year old son to shut up and kept calling him a girl. I let Esme the operation manager know..she seemed really determined to correct it. But we will see.If I see this employee there again I will cancel my membership. Because any company that allows for a child to be talked to like that is not a company I want to give money to. Plenty of other gyms to join.

I LOVE this location. This particular EōS is awesome!!!! It has everything and all the equipment is coherently placed and easy to understand. It has a movie theater section where you can watch a movie and run walk pedal or step while watching a cool giant movie screen. It has a pool and a hot tub for use which is amazing. It has saunas which is super cool. I really enjoy the set up at this location. It offers classes and an easy way to sign up by the restrooms and it is discrete so you dont feel judged. I absolutely love it here and will keep coming back. I feel comfortable and never feel like I'm in the middle and everyone is looking at me. I know where to go to work out a particular muscle group because the layout is just perfect. They keep it very clean, and they have massage chairs for after your work out to wind down. I truly am happy to have found this location and will be going here every time. ❤
