The name says it all ~ "I Love Kickboxing"! I have been a member for the past 5 years and I absolutely love it! The trainers are all amazing and make the workouts fun and challenging! You never get bored with the workouts because they change every class. The members are also great and new friendships are formed through our fit fam!

Service has been very comfortable and personal. Sue is wonderful and makes you feel very at ease. Appreciate the genuine care that she and the staff have for their members. Joe was a tremendous help during my first session - knows what he's talking about and able to help immediately if I needed to modify anything to meet my skill/ability level. He made it a positive first experience with kickboxing and I'm excited to get into a regular schedule with classes!

Garrett did a great job acclimating me to the basics. He was also positive and supportive and created a low stress environment for this newbie. Sue has a great attitude. She's positive and thoughtful of others. I'd love to see a business like this continue to grow.
