I haven’t worked out in a very long time but decided to try kickboxing and I fell in love with it instantly! Sue spent the first class (an hour) with me to make sure I was using the right techniques and wouldn’t hurt myself. I decided in the first class to sign up for the unlimited program. I cannot wait to see the results that come from these classes. Thank you Sue, Joe, and Amy for your help in my first two classes.

Started my fitness journey at iLoveKickboxing 6 weeks ago when I was searching for an activity to help me get in shape. Over the course of doing the 6 week challenge, I realized that the workout regime and the diet were not only improving me physically, but were also helping me mentally by giving me an outlet after a stressful day at work. It also really brought more structure into my life as far as not eating out as much and focusing on being healthier as a whole. It was nice having classes at a variety of convenient times, and the instructors were all super friendly and willing to provide feedback if you don't get the routine or moves right away. Overall, I am really happy with my results, especially just in time for summer :)
