They tend to not service their machines quickly or at all. Older gym equipment and the water fountain is always busted.Even the sauna doesn’t run hot because they refuse to fix the gaping hole that leaks out all the heat.

The members of LA Fitness are so kind! I’ve had a wonderful experience here and definitely recommend if anyone is looking for a gym in Glendale.

I have never had a complaint about this gym but there are very few Pull gyms for so many people who come to train, the few that they have are at the reception, I don't know for what purpose and the others are in the drawers of the personal trainers, the trainer told me no. I could grab what was in the drawers, he was not kind when explaining to me, he only spoke to me out loud and it is not fair because we, the clients, are paying for a service and it is necessary that measures be taken and the problem be solved.

I drove 20 minutes during my lunch and waited 25 minutes for my personal training assessment before I walked out. No one acknowledged me as I was waiting or updated me. The general manager called me after to ask where I was and didn’t sound apologetic. She seemed more annoyed that I walked out after waiting 25 minutes and kept asking when I was coming back.Clearly no one had any appreciation for my time.

Notoriously disheveled and seldom racked, it’s comical how many barbells are missing from this shack location of a chain gym.

Good LA fitness location on the second floor of the Glendale Marketplace. First 90 minutes of parking at the public garage attached (across the bridge on the floor of LA fitness) is free, but you can take in your ticket to be validated an extra 30 minutes for 2 hours total. Friendly staff. Feels like an older facility, a little smelly in places. Has lots of cardio and weight equipment, and a basketball court. But I annoyingly couldn’t find many barbells, clamps, or cable handles. Facilities are good in a pinch.

Don’t go here, find another gym. I went to this gym for a year, the floor mats are super old and smell like stale sweat. The locker room sinks also smell horrible. I recently quit bc I found chewing gum on a plate which was the last straw. The process to quit was even awful. I made 4 attempts to quit and still was billed.

Good selection of equipment and generally not too crowded. The gym is a mess though. Rarely ever see anyone put their weights away and weights are never organized. Gym staff doesn’t seem to do anything about it.There are entire racks of kettlebells and medicine balls, but they don’t let you use them if you’re not a personal training client, even if there’s nobody in the personal training area or the trainers aren’t using them. There are also very few cable machine attachments.

I like the location of this specific L.A fitness, its near the Americana and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The parking isn’t too bad, I always seem to get a spot nonetheless, that doesn’t mean there aren’t dumb drivers out there with so much testosterone, always having to bump their music so loud. I mean drivers recklessly take the turns without even considering a person or car on the other side. With that being sad, drive cautiously….Back to the gym… This particular location is on the second floor, always clean and spacious. All the cardio machines are upstairs. Weights, classes, basketball court and personal training on the main floor. I didn’t seem to have a problem getting on a machine. They also have ample cleaning stations which I dig. Not very many people take advantage of the cleaning supplies offered at the table, or at least the day I visited. The locker room is well lit and big, the restrooms at the time were extremely clean. Only downside of this location is there is no onsite spa or pool.July 2022Club Managers•Member Service: Vanessha M.•Fitness Sales: Joseph F.•Personal Training: Kristy S.

This is good gym to workout definitely better than my regular LA Fitness close to my home. They have lot and lots of cardio machines but lack in free weights area. There are plenty of different machines to workout but this gymgets really crowded even early mornings.if you like quick workouts like this isn’t the ideal place as you may have weight for your turn to use either machine or free weights. Overall gym is big wide open and clean.
