Valley Fitness is such a great workout, I have enjoyed it so much and the customer service is top notch. I had some issues with billing and they resolved it right away, no questions asked. I look forward to getting back on the mat asap!

Fun atmosphere! Casey is friendly and checks up on you often. Sweating & burning calories definitely happens!And you get gloves & wraps at sign-up!

I am beyond happy with this gym!!. Casey was so welcoming and now I have a place to come with my daughter. The coaches are motivating and the work outs really make you sweat! We definitely recommend this gym and look forward to each time we come.

This a great place whether you are experienced or a beginner everyone is very welcoming, and the staff is awesome! They really teach you everything you need to know and it’s not as intimidating as it seems. Also I hadn’t shown up for a week due to personal events, but when I came back Casey checked in and was holding me accountable to making my schedule consistent, the work outs are challenging but honestly very therapeutic and will get you to whatever goal you my have in no time.

Took a free class and signed up same day! I was instantly sold on Valley Fitness Kickboxing. Casey is great! Very responsive and super friendly! I would absolutely recommend!!

My fiancé and I tried a free initial class with Casey a couple weeks ago and automatically signed up! Great intense HIIT type workout and kickboxing skills training without the crazy price tag. Would highly recommend for someone looking for a local boxing gym.
