Trash. I've been going here for about 6 months. Half of the equipment is broken and has been since I started going here. When something breaks, it's gone for good. Nobody puts any of their weights back. Awful gym.

They closed the cardio room which makes up like 20% of the gym to a "Group X" room that is close during non group hours so. So something like 18 hours out the day its closed. Thanks! Not like I had enough trouble dealing with a third of your equipment out of service.

New to the area and was planning to sign up for a membership but after having been given a tour by a rude, misogynist, I quickly had a change of heart. Although the facilities did look decent, the staff was a huge disappointment. I'd rather spend my money where it is appreciated.

After a couple of years and a few incidents I've cancelled my account. Management is never available according to staff members. Steamroom has mildew/mold and broken tiles. People scrape their dead skin off their feet in wet area by hot tub. Blow their nose onto the walking area of the pool. You can report it but it still doesn't get cleaned. I've emailed Corp and requested a call back so I could send pictures and nothing. The last straw was a string of inconsistencies. Called customer service and "Deidre" hung up on me. Sales rep lied to me about annual fee. He said it was one annual fee per account not member. I was charged 2x. Rep was going to charge me $10 for putting freeze on my sons account. Even after I told him he was in school and didn't have time anymore. Cust Serv rep said it should have been free. They took my number and "promised" me a call back the following day. It's been a little over a week. No call. Do comparisons of other facilities before signing up here.

So far, the staff is horrible. The guy didn't even look at the machine when I told him I need help. The girl was very reluctant to stop what she was doing to assist. It took me 2 or 3 times before she finally came over to help. If Cedar Hill had a wet area I'd much rather go there.

Tried to go there this morning with a free 3 day pass. They sent me over to one of the guys who work at the desk. He tried to have me pay $20 a day. I showed him the pass and he said this gym doesn't offer it. I wish I gotten his name, but he's the bald Caucasian guy w/ facial hair.I'm not stupid so I left. But i have been there recently I won't put how, but it's an alright gym. Dumbells are sometimes scattered so I can't find the weight I'm looking for. But that's the people who won't put back their weights when they're done.

I just relocated to the area. Joined this facility for three months. The staff has been upbeat and energetic and helpful. The facility improved with the addition of the strength training area. The men's shower area / locker room is mediocre, but it is a high use facility, so that is normal.I like that it is always jammin' - it is good to see a gym that is busy. For the price, 24 Hour Fitness is a great solution for a fitness facility.FYI-The pool is too small for practical use.

The Mens Locker room & shower floors look as if they have NEVER BEEN CLEANED. it is disgusting seeing the dirt & the grime on the floors.

Too many VIP's doing curl's in the squat rack and leaving equipment loaded with weights.

The machines available are numerous and of good diversity. Unfortunately, it seems difficult to obtain dumbells and a fly-press bench, at all times. I now go around 11pm and the situation is better then, unfortunately, I think they turn off the ac after 10pm, when it can still be ~90 degrees outside.
