I love this gym! Not only does it have a sauna, but it also has a woman's only workout gym inside too! It also has a variety of exercises and workout machines!

Pretty good gym for the price. Much better than planet fitness for a $10/month gym in my opinion, but it does get way too crowded after work on a weekday. Been to a lot of locations around the DFW area, and this one is pretty average.

Great gym, clean, friendly just not enough Triceps “Press Down” Rope Double-Grip available. They should add few more pull down machines and press down rope grips.

If you need to make any change on your subscription check it 3 times or more. They made something wrong, now I’m losing one hour in front desk waiting for they to solve it :)
