Absolute Recomp

The gym is trash overall. They raised their prices by 600% on longtime members - that’s how the repay loyalty, The owner parks in the handicap spots daily, the equipment is always broken, the dumbbells are NEVER organized and always missing. The place is a mess, no one cleans up, people walking around and using equipment shirtless. The owner is more worried about posting on social media than running a business or working out for that matter, look at him. He should be embarrassed.

Just joined yesterday. Best gym I’ve ever been a part of

This was my first time here and really enjoyed the workout experience. This gym literally has every piece of equipment to achieve any goal.I will definitely be back .

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. DO NOT GO HERE. *I have reached out to their customer service SEVERAL times and the same thing continues to happen. They are very nice on the phone, but they continue to play the same games with no actual intentions of stopping. I paid and signed up for a year long membership on April 25th, 2022 with this gym for a one-time fee of $420.24. They told me that when it was time to renew my year, I would receive warning and an option to opt out or proceed with another year.Flash Forward to July 5th 2022, I signed up for 6 months of personal training for $200 dollars a month. Come December 2022, I told the gym that I would not continue with personal training, and that come April I will not be renewing my membership. I was assured by their customer service that my membership, as well as my card, will be wiped from the system and I will not be charged again.Now come January 2023, however, Absolute Recomp charged my card for another $200 dollars. I called 3 days in a row before anyone from their business would help me with my refund. Again, I was assured this would NOT happen again, and that my card will be removed from their files.Here we are in June, over a year later, and I receive an email yesterday, June 12, stating that I am going to be sent to collections for failing to have money on my card to renew my yearly membership. They lied to me on more than one occasion about deleting my account as well as my form of payment. I am not the only one this has happened to. My friend was charged $600 three times in a row and it took this business 3 months to get her refund back. Every time the tried to refund her, they "accidently" charged her again and said it would take another 30 days for her refund to come back. This company is scamming innocent people and do not believe the "responses" given on other 1 star ratings. I believed those responses and thought the other low reviews were just people who didn't follow the rules and were mad. But they were not wrong. These people charge you multiple times and hope you don't catch it. I am not the only one this has happened to.

Wonderful service by Isaac and great environment. Best gym experience I’ve had

My husband and I purchased a full year membership $999.90 , Plus paid their administration fees $178.00 .We have since relocated and have not used the gym in a while . We have been to the gym a only a few times .I called absolute recomp and asked if we could get some type of credit back or pro rated pay for the months we have not used . I was referred to their website where I would need to email them with my concern .They responded back with a no . I was not even thanked for being a member or offered anything to solve this .This is not ethical practice .

There are many who try to emulate, but none that I've encountered who can beat this place. Amazing atmosphere, top of the line equipment, loud music, and lots of TVs, DB's go higher than 99% of people use and you leave this place happier than you walked in. I go every day and can't get enough.

Paid in full for myself and my wife's membership for a full year + paid their administration fees. We have only been to the gym a few times .I have since relocated. I reached out via email if I could be reimbursed and or get some type of Pro-rated pay back.They simply replied back with no . I was not even offered anything in return or thanked for being a member .That's not a great way to run a business.

Had to leave a 5 star review for Isaac, this guy puts the customer first and has a great personality! Definitely matches the gym’s atmosphere!
