Absolute Recomp

Best gym in Nrh by far love the layout of the gym and it’s 24/7 so I can come anytime of the day which helps a lot everyone here is nice and is willing to help if you need it I have notice a lot of progress and improved since switching from a commercial to a private gym ( Absolute Recomp ).

BEST gym in the area. You won’t find the same quality equipment any where else.Trainers are not only extremely intelligent but live the lifestyle. Front desk takes care of you every time you come in and leave. Shoutout Meg, at the front desk!

So Absolute Recomp has been my home gym for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it. The culture here is not like any gym that I have previously been to. The features and equipment they have is a big bonus like the sauna and the posing room. AK was the one who originally gave me a tour and David was the one who signed me up. Both amazing guys and I have a trainer at the gym, Logan. All of the workers I have met so far have been really cool. I would say the gym is a lifters gym but that has just encouraged me more in my fitness journey. Thank you AR! Can’t wait to see where my goals lead to working out at this gym!

Facility is nice, business practices are very shady!!! Due to my son being a college athlete I have paid for a membership here on 2 different occasions. Both times canceling the membership resulted in them charging my credit card erroneously. The first time I gave them grace and they corrected it eventually. This time they tried telling me I was not authorized to cancel my sons membership that I pay for, that's funny...After no reply to my son and I sending a cancelation request they charged me again. Do not join this place unless you want to remain there forever.

Had such great time here at the gym! Super clean, the staff super helpful and friendly. I’m definitely coming back to Absolute recomp. The staff member Meg was so helpful and answered all of my questions! 10/10

Best gym in the area, I instantly gained 10lbs of lean mass after getting a membership. AR is always upgrading their equipment, the environment and people are great, and the pumps go crazy. Plus it’s open 24/7.

This gym has the best equipment hands down and it’s not even close. They are constantly improving the gym all the time in so many ways. Along with the staff AND ownership being 100% there and it’s not just some other gym to them. You really need to try this gym if you haven’t. You won’t regret it.

Don’t usually leave reviews anywhere, but I felt the need to come here in hopes for some change to the sauna room. The rest of the gym is phenomenal, equipment is updated, haven’t had any issues with cleanliness, and everyone is respectful of the environment. I immediately fell in love with this gym after having attended many big chained gyms, and this one is like no other. Super practical for weight lifting. My only complaint would just have to be how the sauna left me very disappointed despite everything else. I always try to find gyms that include saunas because I’ve found it is for me the best way to end my workout and sweat off all the toxins, but unfortunately it does not get hot enough. It does not compare to any other sauna I’ve been in. I’m not sure if it’s because there’s a big gap between the door and the floor , or because the floor is tile, but something isn’t quite right, and it’s just not doing it for me. I’m sure I’m not the only one who feels this way since I was in there for 20 minutes and couldn’t even get a droplet of sweat. I hope they take this comment and others I’ve seen about the same issue into consideration in hopes of figuring out how to make it hotter. Thank you so much.

I moved to DFW from Ohio and came across Absolute Recomp on a holiday when other gyms were closed. The staff was accommodating and I was able to get a day pass to get a workout in and I’ve been a member ever since!! I’ve never been to a gym with a stronger sense of community— from power lifters to body builders and everything in between, they have something for everyone. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Best equipment in the game, dope posing room, and an amazing staff— all for a great price. Constantly improving and updating their equipment/facility to make for a better overall experience for their guests. I’d definitely recommend this gym to anyone in the area 😊

I love this place! Dalon Jeppeson is by far the best! He makes the atmosphere so much better and it makes me look forward to the gym. The best staff!
