Made an online appointment to tour the facility and no one showed up. No employees answered the phone or appeared inside. I was allowed in by member and sat in the waiting area and saw the office was empty. I never received a follow up phone call in the following days.

Amazing gym community. Support around every corner. Easy to navigate and full of very nice people. And if you want to learn how to work out more effectively, all you need to do is ask one of the very capable trainers there.

I’ve been working out here for over 4 years. I love the front staff. So friendly and always willing to help. The gym is clean and I love the convenience of always being able to get my work out in regardless of the time. Highly recommend.

Been going here for a few months now and I can say they have changed my life and might have saved it! My Trainer Jeff not only works me out but genuinely cares about seeing me reach my goals and constantly puts in the time to keep my workouts not only fun but keeps my body guessing. The management has not only been kind but she has also taken a personal interest in showing me how to stretch and work. The gym is always clean and I really appreciate how they keep the temperature in-line with what it’s doing outside! It’s been a fantastic experience!

It's a decent gym. Before covid the management was better I feel. The weights were also racked in the proper spots and everyone felt more friendly in the gym. It could be just me but this location is slowly going downhill
