Love the trainers, and work out, and the schedule fits mine perfectly! Would have liked it if this was a little closer to my place but no other complains :)

Classes are great, especially Valerie. I love how each section of class is 20 minutes. Right as I get tired of what we are doing, we move on to the next section, so class flies by! What a great workout.

I love this place! Wish they offered even more times because it’s so great!Edited to respond to owner: I would love an 8:30 or 9am class for post-carpool! Just something before the 10am would be nice :)

I started Spenga prior to the official opening 3.2.21.I’d read about it online and stopped by for a peek. The owner, Jinja, was lovely and really believes in her space and her mission. When I mentioned some issues I’d had with OrangeTheory (crowded classes, impossible to book classes at popular times, etc.), she allayed my fears.I’m two weeks and ten classes in at this point and I love it. It’s low impact and has replaced the spin, strength and yoga classes I was taking on ClassPass.Parking is convenient, the space is spotless and the instructors are enthusiastic without being annoying.Highly recommended.Edit: Loved SPENGA, but left bc the class times are inconvenient (first a.m. class is at 6:30) and they don’t have showers.

Place is super clean, and very put together! James is amazing and really knows what he’s doing and makes sure you are comfortable before going into the work out! Will definitely be going back, and bring some people along with me

Absolutely love this studio! Every instructor is so welcoming and the whole vibe is very friendly and open, while still being challenging. The mix of spin, strength, and restore makes for a perfectly balanced workout every time.

Great studio and Kristen was awesome. The facility is really clean and comfortable with pleasant lighting. No need to bring a yoga mat for the yoga portion - they have them set up already. They have lockers with combinations and a water fountain to fill up bottles, and also water for sale. Kristen explained how the class would work and helped my adjust my bike. Showed me the cycling objectives on the screen and it was easy to follow - which has not been my experience at other studios even as a first timer. Then after 20 minutes of cycling you start the strength portion and follow example exercises on TV's throughout that area, and the instructor shows you as well. Then over to the yoga area for 20 minutes of that. Each 20 minutes goes pretty fast so it's not a bore to try to get through the class - and you can't really beat getting cardio, strength, and some yoga all in an hour. Parking is behind the studio in a garage (they validate). For the yoga portion - It would be a nice touch to add some aromatherapy in the yoga area, as well as turn the lights down and play some chill music rather than the upbeat tracks played during the other 2 portions - but still a great studio, staff, and workout.

I have to start off by saying I hate group classes, everything I have tried in the past I really wasn't into BUT after I tried Spenga I became totally obsessed! It is such a great workout and the hour completely flies by! This studio specifically has some great staff and the manager, Kristen, is the sweetest and makes you feel very welcomed!
