Excellent facility, great concept, professional instructors and a wonderful workout each and every time.I've lived and traveled all over the world and being a very exercise-oriented person I can say I've joined innumerable number of gyms and fitness facilities, globally - everything from hot yoga to aerial fitness. Yet very few have impressed me as much as SPENGA in Uptown.Firstly - I love the concept. You get the benefits from three types of exercise: spin, strength training and yoga all in one session. This is great for people particularly prone to boredom.Secondly - The excellent execution of the classes:- No two classes are the same (once again great for people who get bored easily). I like the fact that there is a significant focus on building strength whereas many HIIT workouts I've experienced at other places, seem primarily cardio-focused.- I also like that there is a limited number of people allowed per class and each person gets their own set of equipment. This prevents issues from over crowding.- I also highly appreciate the fact that the equipment is sanitized after each and every session.Thirdly - The instructors are great. These are fit folk who know what they're doing. Not all fitness centers have competent instructors! Regardless of their own individual style of teaching, they are all fun, engaging and skilled. A personal thanks to Valerie and Erica for the great workouts and your friendly, welcoming faces every time I join your classes!Lastly - The professionalism of the staff is first rate. They will try and make your experience with the center an easy, effective and fun one. A huge thanks to James at the front desk who epitomizes best-in-class customer service.Great job Jinja! You should be proud of your team and the offering you've built.If you live in the Uptown area and want great fitness experience, I would highly recommend this place.

For a while, I've been looking to start a workout routine I can be consistent with, and I've been loving SPENGA. I feel like I can get a full workout and focus on different goals all in one session. I'm new to strength workouts, and the instructors are always willing to guide everyone through. Look forward to my next classes!

Awesome workout experience, 20 minutes of each exercise keeps it fresh and my average heart rate is usually around 155 BPM. AWESOME WORKOUT!

Best workout ever! I love the whole team. They are as professional as they are kind. Kristen went way out of her way to make Spenga my place. I’ve lost that 7lbs I’ve been working on for the better part of 20 years! I’m getting stronger every week and feel great! It’s my happy place;)

It helps that Spenga is right under my apartment BUT even so, I love the workouts there! It combines my 3 favorite things - yoga, spin, and strength, so it makes sense that I like it! The instructors are so friendly and motivating too! Highly recommend to a friend 💯 …

BEST WORKOUT EVER! I have a love/hate relationship with working out, and little motivation to do it my own, so SPENGA has changed that-I look forward to my classes, and 60minutes goes FAST because you never get bored! Instructors are amazing, and keep you motivated, and you will def build SPENGA class friends here lol-everyone that comes is super nice and friendly. Try it-you will love it!

I joined SPENGA uptown in October before they opened and I have since gotten two more friends to join. The workouts are fun, but challenging and the instructors are all amazing. The strength workouts are always different so you don’t plateau and you are always competing against your past performance during spin. Seriously the best workout ever!
