Have had membership here going on 3 years now for me and my son who’s under 18 where he’s been going by himself for quite some time and all of a sudden they tell him today that he can’t come by himself without an adult. The attendant then tells him that they close at 7pm so I come here at 6:22pm and they’ve ALREADY LEFT even though the front desk is supposed to managed from 8am til 9pm Mon - Thur with today being Wed????? Horrible service, if given the option choose a different gym people, seriously

I paid for two memberships for the whole year in cash, and also paid for six months of training. I quit going and lost out on money because equipment was either broke or dirty. I also couldn’t get my full hour of training because they’re always having to deal with customers or phone calls. What a waste of money that I did I’m very disappointed in a business that could be doing well. What a major disappointment in a gym.

Staff is friendly. 2/3 of the cardio equipment is inoperable or falling apart. Most of the strength training equipment has broken components or needs maintenance and bolts tightened. This place charges a yearly fee for equipment maintenence but nothing has been repaired in years. Even the bulb in the projector for the movie theater has been burnt out for months. The bathroom is disgusting. The other downside is nobody puts weights or accessories away. A lot of time is spent trying to find accessories and weights or taking weights off equipment the last person left on. At first glance it looks like a nice place with a lot of equipment but please take a closer look when you tour this place before signing up. Quite frankly the state of this gym is embarrassing.

It's an ok gym. No frills and equipment is a bit dated. It is cheap and open 24hrs which is good for me. Radio is too loud at nights though even with ear buds in.

They were not helpful on the phone withy questions. The lady respectfully explained their policy and invited me in for a tour. I'll take her up on the invite.I did visit and received excellent customer service. I joined. There are no crowds making plenty of machines for everyone. I very much enjoy the workouts I'm able to complete. This place is an affordable work out center without the pressure of competing for whose the most popular gym rat. Nice wholesome place.

Contract was cancelled several months ago, yet they still charge a monthly fee. We have to go in every month to get the refund. Last time we went in was in October, the guy we spoke to was apologetic and assured us that the card on file would be used to issue a refund, and then removed from their database to avoid future charges. No charges in November, but we got hit for another charge in December. I’m at my wits end with this company. I don’t have time to go in every month to fix their mistakes. Management change has not fixed any of their issues, as far as I’m concerned. I can’t decide if they are scammers, or just completely incompetent.

The gym has never been fancy or appealing in any way, rather conveniently located to my home. Sold the home and moved out of Colorado, tried for a year to get my membership canceled! Was told by employee to email cancellation to special cancelation email, given by employee. Can’t get a hold of anyone on the phone(just rings and rings), email, webpage. My payments of continue to come out for an entire year and I never heard back from anyone, that’s when I decided to leave a review. Finally called my bank and blocked this vendor from using my account.

I did have issues with the previous people associated with the gym but with the new owner and staff I have not. I have always loved the gym for being 24hrs and having a cardio room. This is what brought me back and I’m glad I decided to give them a try again. Everyone I’ve spoken to on the phone and in person made my transition really good and were overall helpful and friendly.

Unprofessional, money stealing business. New management does not know what they are doing. I have been going for 5 about months and the first 2 months were great, until the business was sold. Most of the machines are broken, the bathrooms never have paper towels, and neither does the gym to wipe off sweat from machines. Rude workers too, one of the workers scoffed at me for a question I had. I am backed up on payments, and when I went to pay they were charging me $88 for the month of January and the late fee. I cancelled the membership and went today to see why I was being charged so much and they are now charging me $110 (plus an additional $20 they took from my card) because I didn't cancel, when I had. Will never sign up to this gym again. There are better gyms for about the same price.

I spoke with Tim the manager who was rude and did not care about resolving my issue. When I asked for his supervisor information he refused and said that what ever I want to discuss I can take it up with him. He said he will respond to my review just explaining the terms of the contract that was not explained to me but that is not his fault. Before going to the gym I called and spoke with a girl who told me I will get a refund just needed to go personally and sign, which I did. When I got there A girl named Diana had no clue how to help and said she will talk with her manager and I will give me a call. My mistake was not getting the girl’s name who answered the phone. Diana seemed lost and had no customer service skills, never smile. I paid for a whole year because it was more convenient to me than having it taken monthly but i haven’t been able to use it for personal reason. If I would of been told from the beginning of my call I could not get a refund I wouldn’t put this review but the frustration of wasting my time and having to deal with Diana and Tim made me do it. Tim said either way if you paid monthly or a whole year it is a 1 year contract and no one gets a refund. Just know the customer service sucks from employes to management and the place is not worth it I will recommend you to enjoy nature and take your experience there. This place is not even worth a star. 👎
