Vasa is truly a nonjudgmental place to work out, with people from all ages and all sizes feeling comfortable. The staff is always ready and willing to help and there if you have any questions whatsoever.

Nice facility with a variety of equipment and classes. Coaches/personal trainers are great. Pool is a little short but generally well-maintained and nice temperature. employees are friendly and generally helpful. Tiles in the locker room are slippery when wet and VASA has showed no interest in fixing that problem.

I haven’t reviewed anything years, but Vasa continues to surprise me with awful experiences with staff. I’ve been recorded with FLASH ON on two occasions by a female staff member, once DIRECTLY IN MY FACE; and I’ve gotten dirty looks for glancing at staff members literally WANDERING IN THE DIRECTION IM FACING, like I don’t want you; there’s billions of women in the world. I just want to work out in peace, please. There are a few really geniune and cool people, the early morning employees in particular are awsome; but these experiences stuck out to me and made me extremely uncomfortable.

I would never suggest vasa to anyone. I was lied to by the desk manager when I was signed up and when I canceled my membership less than a week later after never even using the gym they kept the 90+ dollars for signing up and it cost me 25.00 to cancel. So it ended up costing me almost 125.00 to be a member and to be lied to for less than a week. I would highly suggest going to any other gym and never joining this gym for any reason whatsoever.
