Good gym but the only concern I have is the floor they are soo dirty they need to get cleaned more often I am someone that doesn’t workout with shoes like many while using the smith machines and let me tell you my socks get extremely surgery please improve in that !

If only I could give -negative stars....... Jason was by far the worst example of customer service I've ever received in a PF and we've used gyms all over Colorado, Wyoming, Montana and Kansas.

Planet fitness actually is a really nice gym. The equipment is clean, for the most part all the machines are functioning give or take a dozen that are not plugged in, and most importantly the staff makes you feel like a guest. I have not had a bad experience yet with them.

I enjoy coming to the facility. It's clean and you can work out and feel comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However their massage chairs are very out dated which def is a disappointment because I pay for the gold membership specifically for these and rarely use them because they aren't very good and again outdated compared to other facilities.

Not a bad gym except you never know when they’ll actually open on time or surprise you by not opening until 6 or 7 am. Why am I paying for a gym that opens at 5 am specifically to fit into my my schedule and workout before my day starts when I never know when they’ll decide to just not show up. Tired of this.
