I have been trying to cancel my membership over two months since I moved away. Have not been able to they asked me to send a certified letter I did. They still charged me this month. I sent it before this billing cycle. I call and no answer. It’s ridiculous to have to work so hard to cancel a gym membership. This is august 2023. I had a collection sent for 357 to my credit report. Even though I sent a certified letter in July of the year this took place. I sent emails and phone calls to cancel my plan. You see right here the owner said he would have it rectified. The creditor stated I was supposed to sign a cancellation form. I never received such a form. The owner got what he wanted fraudulently reporting on my credit that I owed this made up number of $357. Never actually sent me paperwork to cancel my membership. But made a big show of responding to my comment. Don’t go here and don’t sign up for a membership here. Never to this day have had such trouble canceling from a gym because of moving with any other known gym across America. Spend your money elsewhere.

Worst gym in Greeley. Trying to compete with bigger gyms, so they charge you multiple times a “enhancement fee” & nothing about the gym enhances. Would never be a member again.

Been paying for a membership that is covered by my insurance. Never informed that insurance covers membership upon signing contract but other clients were informed right away. After calling several times and getting no answer and sending several emails I was finally informed that my insurance covers the membership. I was accused of never asking in spite of several attempts to call and email. Never get a membership with them. Go to vasa. It's cheaper and the staff is upfront and honest.

This location has a good community feel to it and management it’s so nice, location is super clean and you can always find parking.

Mainly due to customer service. Very combative. It was a little difficult to get in and cancel due to office hours. Also frustrating that I am still being charged for the month of January 2023 even though I cancelled beginning of the month & before billing hits. Only answer I got was a “it’s in the contract.” I then asked if I will get an email or anything she then said “no they do not do that at this location.” I have to then hope it gets canceled with no confirmation and by her word of mouth.

UPDATE 10/19/21- NEW OWNER TOOK OVER AND THE GENERAL MANAGER STEPHANIE IS BY FAR THE RUDEST PERSON EVER. I tried to cancel my membership during covid due to not being able to use the gym with the restrictions. They made me continue to pay for the entire membership contract. I canceled my membership and THEY STILL CHARGED ME. Horrible and will never recommend to anyoneAlways friendly staff, clean and quiet gym. Wonderful place, definitely worth the money to be a member.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST GYM I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTER. They don't held their commitment on their end and make you pay for the entire contract regardless of what they say. DO NOT COME TO THIS GYM. I canceled my membership today and will NEVER come back to this gym

I really did enjoy this gym. Not overly busy, management was mostly friendly. Unfortunately, it has come to light how greedy they are. Agreements were made and not being upheld. Trained new management very poorly.I have two different emails saying that I was going to be credited at the end of my membership for being understanding during COVID. I paid my monthly dues every month regardless of the gym being open and not once complained. I was extremely understanding, and stated in my previous email that the management could do what they needed to do in regards to payments during COVID.I did not ask for any free months like I could have due to the emails I have received. I understand the pandemic, and orders related to the pandemic, was out of their hands. I went into canceling my agreement not expecting Anytime to uphold their end of the agreement to bill while the gym was closed.Now, they are holding onto a technicality in their billing regardless of being entitled to multiple free months, that I never asked for, but was simply promised due to COVID.I emailed requesting a refund due to the gym membership being canceled per their terms and being entitled to multiple free months. After a couple of back and forth emails with me explaining my position on the refund, the email I got back simply stated that I was dealing with a different manager at that time and he/she was not up to par with anything previously.It really is a shame that you have a customer who was understanding during the pandemic and did not complain about being billed when the gym was closed being held on a technicality, ESPECIALLY after I did not expect to utilize the free months I was promised. I simply just wanted to cancel.Just a heads up, even if you have everything in writing, the management will still do what they want.

Staff are always friendly and make you feel very welcome. The atmosphere is amazing and I feel like I'm at home there. Wonderful fitness experience.

This is a nice Anytime! We go to several different Anytime's a week and this is one of the best, biggest, nicest, cleanest and general over all appearances with most if not all the machines, that I use anyway!
