I really enjoyed working out at CrossFit Helix! The coaches were awesome, and the comradery is great. Everyone was very friendly, and I made a lot of good friends. I really enjoyed the community there. With CrossFit and coaching you can go from being out of shape to in shape in a relatively short amount of time. I went from recovering from a medical condition that required being on oxygen to crushing workouts in just a few months. The workouts were challenging, but the comradery there really helped me push it to the next level. Working out in community and with professionally trained coaches is far better than working out alone. The coaches are knowledgeable and friendly. They really helped me with my lifting techniques, something that I never found easy to do on my own. They can and will guide you on what needs to be done to improve all aspects of physical performance and get to your next level in fitness. No matter what your fitness level is, if you want to get in shape or just meet some awesome people, CrossFit Helix is the place to be!!

I can't say enough good things about CrossFit Helix. Coaches and members are so friendly and inviting to new members. I was new to CrossFit, and Jamie helped me learn the movements safely and effectively. I did not know I liked CrossFit until CrossFit Helix, if you are a beginner, intermediate or expert CrossFit Helix is where you need to go!

I love everything about CrossFit Helix! The coaches come to each class prepared to help you grow in your fitness, regardless of skill level. The atmosphere and camaraderie are FUN! Each member I’ve met is friendly and welcoming to everyone who comes into the gym. Another huge perk for me is the kids room; having a safe and comfortable place for my kiddos to play while I workout is a necessity that Helix accommodates very well!

CrossFit Helix is a fantastic gym! I am new to CrossFit and was incredibly intimidated to start but there was no need. The coaches and community at CrossFit Helix are amazing and really work to ensure that you get a great workout regardless of your fitness level. Every class I feel like I get individualized coaching and encouragement. The folks at CrossFit Helix are the best! 10/10

CrossFit Helix is an awesome gym! Chris and Jamie are amazing people who really invest in their members lives and truly care about each persons well-being and fitness journey. Every single coach they have there is professional, knowledgeable, and knows the perfect balance of teaching foundational technique but also pushing people in the workouts to be the best they can be. It doesn’t matter if you’ve never done CrossFit or you’re a skilled CrossFit athlete, everyone is learning and being challenged at CrossFit Helix!

Becoming a part of CrossFit Helix is one of the best decisions I have ever made. The coaching staff is awesome and everyone is there to motivate and encourage you every step of the way. It truly is a family and the atmosphere is beyond comparison. The workouts are always different and challenging which is why their programming is so good. I have seen so many improvements and changes in myself since starting CrossFit and I have all the wonderful people at this gym to thank. I could not recommend a better gym than Helix!
