Getting some good results with my visits and have seen good improvement in my strength. Just live the hydro massage table after my strength and balance routine.

I have only done 4 sessions, but am happy to say that I have improved with each session. I am optimistic that I will improve from -3 on the Dexiscan over time. It doesn't happen overnight, but since I cant take any of the medications for Osteoporosis, this is a Godsend.

Love this place. I have been a member since they opened in 2020 and I plan to be a life long client. Strong bones and balance are so important as we age, and OsteoStrong is part of my regimen, along with a healthy diet and exercise. Doug and Terry are doing a great job, especially through covid, keeping things clean and safe.
