After almost a year with the gym my husband and I went in to cancel our memberships. The next day I see two 39.99 annual fees. These fees were not yet due as we ensured to cancel prior to our fees being due. I call for an explanation and got a cheap explanation with a major lack of empathy. It apparently was not explained to us at the time of cancelation we needed to take extra steps. We basically paid fees for another year in which we do not have a membership for.DO BETTER!

Need 24/7 access, is not too crowded and equipment is always clean and in good condition.

Pretty neat place if you're trying to do cardio. Avoid during peak hours 6-8pm if you want to get a workout in, it can get very packed. Also wish they would go back to 24 hours like they did at first. Ever since the 2019 virus they haven't gotten back to 24hrs.

Haven’t been going to this gym at that long but really enjoying it so far. Nice staff and clean building. Only drawback is it shows hours starting at 5 am during the week. I showed up at 645 am for a workout and the gym still wasn’t open. May want to change how your hours are listed online
