Possibly thinking about canceling and finding another gym. If you come anytime after 5pm it’s ridiculously overcrowded. Good luck trying to find a seat to do your dumbbell excercises or a smith machine. The people around the weights area just sit and stand behind the people using the smith machines and the incline seats. This happens most of the time but Monday’s are by far the worst.

The staff at PF have been awesome - they're friendly and helpful. Kellie is an awesome trainer - she's fun to talk to, she's great at answering questions and her enthusiasm is almost contagious. Every time I've been in, the facility is clean and everything is up and running. I'm pretty new to the whole gym experience, but I've really been enjoying how Planet Fitness makes for a friendly, supportive environment.

Super excited to be back at the gym. And planet fitness has gone uphill since the last time I was a member. Super clean, so many new perks and amazing staff.

I am giving this gym a one star solely on the customer service, my husband has been with this gym over 3 years and myself about 6months there was always a billing issue even with bank statements all the gentleman that work there were great but Kimberly and the other girl were so rude we pulled the 7 memberships we had within our house hold. The girls had the worst customer service I have ever encountered Gino and the boys have always been amazing and the gym its self is great but Kimberly and the other girl totally spoil the experience and are the reason for the one star review I really hope planet fitness can retrain these girls on customer service losing 7 members at once is ridiculous and was a huge burden on us having to find a new gym over one that were loved and we’re loyal to

This used to be my gym, but I now only visit on Sundays as a guest. I enjoy my weekly workout here; I find the environment very refreshing. First of all, it's clean! And you are never left looking around for cleaning supplies as the staff is very consistent in keeping up with the stations. Secondly, my gym permits things that Planet Fitness does not, and I understand why. Sometimes when you work out it's nice to be around people who are there to simply improve and work on themselves. Being around people who draw a lot of attention to themselves gets old and annoying at times. Here you can focus and hit your goals with very little distraction. Highly recommend, just doesn't work for me because there are limited free weights and limited hours.

This place is very well priced. Their gym equipment is easy to use. The employees are always nice and welcoming. And depending on what time you go, its not too crowded.

Planet fitness continues a stigma of predatory gyms preying on people to simply make money. In joining this gym expect the normal monthly fee as well as the annual fee just a bit later which feeds on your want to make the payment worth it and continue paying the gym. If you wish to cancel it's a hellish process that eventually concludes with having no help beyond being forced to go in person to cancel which is ridiculous in the modern era and can only be explained as trying to make it more difficult and less user friendly. I feel sorry for the employees who have to deal with people being bullied by an absurd system and hope one day corporate can be a little less greedy. Not holding my breath.

The gym itself is great I've been going there about 6 days a week for about a month. The staff are friendly and helpful best staff i have seen in a gym. The gym itself is clean with good amenities . My gripe is the business model for the 14-19 High school kids promotion (for the entire summer) has been a total pain in just a small period. you have groups of 6-8 kids surrounding machines. Not re racking or cleaning anything. Hanging out on machines just talking so no one can use them. Now I'm basically restricted to work out at 5am or before closing. Kids leaving machines with weights on them. No gym etiquette at all with no parental supervision treating a gym like its a mall. Day before yesterday I had cans on my car when i left maybe from hanging out in parking lot. Today my shoes got stolen in under a minute and had to confront them myself while they hung out in the locker room for countless amount of time. If you are going to create a promotion like that you should either higher more staff so they can keep track of the extra influx of kids. Or require parental supervision. With it being a entire summer I will be canceling my membership for a new gym until the promotion ends. Gym and staff are 5 Stars... Company business promotion 1 star.....

I love this place. The staff is great, the equipment is well maintained and kept clean, and the environment is super welcoming, and calm! Even other gym members are friendly and "judgement free." It's exactly what I need in my hectic day to help me dominate the world.
