Charged me with randome fees. Once I tried to cancel my membership once they did that to me. Than out of nowhere I didnt owe them anymore. They like to charge random fees. Not worth the stress. Better gyms and better deals elsewhere 👌 …

I've been going to this gym for over a year, the facility is nice and clean. The staff is awesome and helpful. I love all the amenities as well.

I went to sign up and was disappointed, that in a world of electronic transactions as well as Pf being a huge national corporation they still ask for bank info. He told me to pull my payment, you can do the same with debit and credit cards. Its ridiculous that they have everyones bank info As retailers get their payment systems hacked all the time. I would be concerned that they have my bank info as it’s harder to stop payments and protect your money with ach rather than cards. Then he tells me if you change your mind go to the website.... No thanks other places in town.

My Black Card membership fee was taken out on the 17th of this month I sent an email through the planet fitness app and I also sent an email through the actual website for the location nearest me I have not received a response either way I don't understand why I'm paying for my membership and they know they are closed due to this virus why would you deduct my money and I cannot use the facility??? it may not be planet fitness fault that the virus is going around but it's also not my fault either! So why am I the one paying for it? PLANET FITNESS I would like a credit or my money back!

I am happy with their response to COVID precautions but I must say that the shortened hours on weekends is going to cause me to cancel my membership soon as there is no way that I can make these times work. I hope something changes soon.

Love this gym. It's clean. It's never crowded. The personal training classes are awesome. There is such a good variety of equipment for all workout needs.

Always clean, low key. Lots of machines. I was a member in Loveland and now a member here in Greeley. I checked out the other gyms in town. Not impressed. Planet Fitness us where it's at.
