I've never been here but I had a question about the length of the class. I'm going on a vacation to a huge city in a different state and I want to learn self defense as fast as possible. How long are the basic self defense classes? Is it possible to take the course for a week or so and still have all the information?

I've been training at Herb Blue's Total Self Defense for a little over 2 years in all three styles offered. I feel that training in all three styles has made me a better and well rounded martial artist. The instructors and my fellow students help me learn and keep training fun.Herb Blue's Total Self Defense also has a great kids program. The kids learn more than just self defense. They will gain confidence and learn respect for their fellow students.
