They talked me into having my monthly fee automatically withdrawn, and three months before my contract was going to expire, I called to make sure the contract would REALLY expire and that they wouldn't continue to charge me.We not only spoke three separate times re this, I also asked for and got a PDF saying the LAST time they would charge me is October 26.Well, guess what happened November 26? They took $69 out of my checking account. Tread carefully when it comes to automatic withdrawals from this company.
