I started here roughly a year ago after stumbling across a CrossFit documentary on YouTube. I knew little about what to expect or if it was something I could get much out of. I was preparing for surgery and was in decent shape but wanted to really get it together as a form of 'pre hab.' I do credit the fitness I gained here to my super speedy recovery. The credit for having a wonderful place to go where I get to spend an hour a day a few x a week and really testing my limits both physically and mentally goes to the coaches and the culture the the owner creates. I've learned a lot about myself through these classes and there's just so much to love. I've always felt safe and supported . I've never felt bored because there's always a new movement to learn. And did I mention the community is amazing? Highly, highly recommend this box specifically.

I love this gym! It takes my workouts to a whole new level. Competitive, yet incredibly supportive. Members are like one big family. All the coaches are great at showing me the proper and safe way to lift and push myself to continue to grow stronger. Highly recommend! 💪❤️ …

Dropped in to do an open Workout while in town for a wedding. Awesome people and facility. Wish we had a facility like this back home.
