Joined Orangetheory about 2 months ago and so far it's been a great experience. The coaches are very professional and encourage you to push yourself for the best workout. I also like that they adjust your workout if you have an existing injury and can't do some of the exercises. I will say, it is not cheap but based on the workouts I've had, it has been worth the price.

Jump start your fitness routine with an Orange Theory membership. You will definitely benefit from the time spent in the gym focusing on cardio, strength and rowing. Professionally trained coaches not only lead each class but are also there to perfect form, answer questions and challenge each participant to their own level of exercise. Participants have a heart rate monitor that displays throughout the class and awards splat points as you move through the routine. Orange Theory has a membership package for all needs. You can customize your membership to best suit your lifestyle. Be sure to come in and try your first class for free.

Love Orange Theory Greensboro. Great coaches who motivate and encourage you. Suitable for all fitness levels and ages. Every workout can be adapted to your level of fitness. Also love the "theory" or process. A great complete workout in an hour.

I love the energy at OTF.. You can feel it the moment you walk in the studio (always greeted warmly by whoever is working the front desk), and then it ticks up a notch when the music starts playing and it's time to warm up. The workouts are never boring, always challenging, and highly effective at driving cardiovascular conditioning. I also appreciate the good old fashioned strength training with a mix of body weight movements and dumbbells available up to 80 lbs. I love the healthy competition that being in a class setting provides. It helps you to push yourself harder than you ever would while training alone. And I love the coaches. Their attitudes and feedback are always positive, and their instruction is always helpful. Greensboro OTF is the best!

I love working out at the orangetheory the instructors are great and keep you focused and on task. I love the availability of times to attend the classes. I can always find a time to go no matter how hectic my schedule may be. Lastly, I am proud to say I’ve only had a few classes but I can feel a big difference with my body.

I’ve made it to a few classes here since I come to Burlington for work every month. The staff at the check in/front desk have been super kind every time I show up and the coaches are amazing too. I just had a class with Megan and she was very energetic, had great music (it was a little bit of everything), and made sure everyone felt confident in their workouts no matter what station/move they were doing. I’ll definitely make this my go to studio every time I come down here for work! It’s worth the half hour drive to get a good burn in for a whole hour at the end of a long work day! 🧡

I recently joined Orangetheory Fitness and I am in love! I have been paying for other memberships for like years and I probably go like 3 times in the whole year but so far I have been committed to Orangetheory and attend as many classes As I can! They have classes throughout the whole day so if you can't do morning classes you can attend evening classes and so on. The instructors are amazing and keep the environment positive and friendly and encourage you the whole time your in class! I highly recommend Orangetheory, I promise you'll love it!

Great workout. Coaches Sarah & Megan are my favorites! My absolute favorite thing about their pricing is the flexibility to get a pass vs membership. I like to mix it up. Also helps that I can use my pass at any Orangetheory including Winston Salem, that I work in sometimes. Try a 3G workout if you can as the time flies by!

I cannot recommend Orangetheory Greensboro enough. I tried my first free class a few years after a major knee surgery derailed my normal fitness routine. I had since gained a lot of weight and was battling chronic knee pain, but gave OTF a shot after a friend recommended I try it.I love that the coaches give you lots of options and accommodations for orthopedic issues like mine. They allowed me to use a bike or strider (elliptical) instead of a treadmill and had me cut jumping out of floor exercises! Over the past few months I have built up enough strength to begin power walking on the treadmill, and my goal is to start running again once I feel comfortable enough with my progress.OTF is more than a gym to me now—it’s a community. The coaches and desk staff greet me by name and make it a point to check in with me and know what my goals are. I’ve even made new friends! Everyone has been extremely supportive of me, and even though I consider myself one of the least fit people in my classes, I have never felt body shamed or like I wasn’t good enough to participate in a workout. If you’re struggling to maintain a fitness routine, I strongly encourage you to try Orangetheory. The first class is FREE and they have different membership options in case you don’t want to shell out money for the top tier membership (though I promise it’s worth it).Hope to see you in class soon!

The atmosphere here is amazing. The classes and coaches are very motivating. I never considered myself a morning person, but I wake up everyday at 8:00am to workout with Coach Sarah. I have pushed myself harder than before and have seen results. I was hooked on my first class. They welcomed me and made me feel so special! Thank you Orangetheory Fitness!!
