You will always get a great workout out at this gym. TFW provides a team approach to training and fitness. You will have friend ready and willing to help you across the finish line. Everyone was very welcoming from day one. The training itself is very well rounded with large focus on both weightlifting and HIT.The coaches are experienced and help you maintain good form throughout the workout. Definitely worth a try if you are looking for a new gym home.

Sometimes the excuses not to exercise run the gamut, from lack of time to lack of energy and from boredom to indifference. But at TFW there is no excuse! You have a dedicated coach who is there to guide you towards where you want to be. I have found that the connection at TFW is just as important as the credientialed staff, insightful exercises, and uplifting messages that are spoken before the workout. I used to live in Greensboro but now I live in Raleigh. When I travel for work or pleasure through Greensboro, I am always welcomed with open arms by the FAMILY that this gym has created. Each class is unique and each member cheers you on. There is a sense of trust and safety that I feel at this gym that I just don't get at other big box gyms. It's been my experience at other places that the person at the counter who is ever changing...... and doesn't know my name.... well it really doesn't motivate me to come back. I love the supportive environment that this place creates. People here recognize your progress and it seems like there is always someone hitting a new PR.I know that the true work and progress comes inbetween the sessions that I have at TFW, the food I eat, the workouts I do, but what's clear is that TFW is there to support me along the way. This is the only place I have gone where someone cares and respects me enough to support me from afar. I am glad I INVESTED in TFW because they invested in ME. Kudos to the TFW Family we are all in this together!

I cannot say enough about my experience at TFW. What started off as finding a gym for my boyfriend quickly turned into a motivating family experience. Know that when you sign on here, you are not just getting a coach and a killer workout, but a family. They have been nothing but supportive, helping me realize I am stronger then I ever imagined possible. You WILL make incredible gains at this gym- but not just in muscle.

I started with Nicole and Training For Warriors (TFW) in February. Even though I was a bit concerned with being able to do it, I went because a friend had invited me.WOW!!! Am I glad I did!!My goal is to age well and in good health. TFW is certainly doing this for me - and so much more!!Everyone who attends may be at different levels and ages but you work at your pace! And the encouragement and support from all members in every class is inspirational!! You become part of a family!I have been with different trainers and gyms and TFW and Nicole are the best I’ve ever found. And because you can train six days a week if you want, the price is really great when you break it down per class.Stop by and check it out!! You can get a few free classes to see how great it is. And once you do, I feel confident you will be hooked and join us!!

My experience at TFW Greensboro has been nothing less than life changing. I have always been active-running, yoga, horses-bouncing around from gyms to studios to neighborhood trails, yet none with any longevity or real commitment. Boredom and excuses always found a way of derailing my best intentions. I saw a post from Coach Nicole online and knew a class would hold me more accountable. That was 4 years ago. At 63yrs young, I am proud to say, I sprint fast, I lift heavy weights and am the fittest I have been probably EVER! But, the best part of the story is the wonderful family of friends I discovered! A loving, compassionate, giving community that begins with Nicole and the TFW staff. This place may look like a gym (a very clean, state of the art gym!), but TFW Greensboro is a "Whole Human" transformative program. We all have our journeys, and this community will never let anyone finish alone!

From being hesitant from an old injury, unsure just what I was capable of... Nicole Bergemann has made a believer of me, from daily inspirational stories to encourage, modifications to be made so I don’t RE-INJURE myself - and such clarify. Do this and we’ll get you there. And I do- hope you will join us for the ride. So far so great! #tfwarriors #roar #gsoStay tuned!

I was an athlete up until I got out of college. From that point on, it seems like the next 20 years have been a succession of periods where I would exercise well for a good duration and then it would drop off. Also, I play soccer, which I love, but it's not a long term way to get good exercise as you age. What I've found in Nicole is someone who is helping me feel better than ever about my health and wellness because I am learning so much about how to BEST exercise - how to gain strength and lean muscle, how to push myself in the RIGHT ways so that I see results but don't get injured, etc. The hour goes by SO fast because of Nicole's energy and the positive energy she creates with the group as well. Nicole's space is so much more comfortable than your run-of-the-mill gym, and she's always there with support and education, which I love. This feels like fitness and wellbeing for the long term, and I'm so excited about that. Thrilled that I found her and Training for Warriors.

I called and scheduled an appointment time to meet with Nicole. As I pulled my car into the parking lot I noticed Nicole standing by the window at the front office, I thought nothing of it as I was running a few minutes behind and I guessed Nicole was probably glancing out the window wondering if her appointment would show up. I walked in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by Nicole. Nicole was friendly and cheerful and quickly offered me a tour of the facility. The gym is very clean and well kept. All equipment appears to be new. Nicole and I spoke for nearly an hour, as she encouraged me to open up and share with her my goals and past experiences at the local gyms. During my conversation with Nicole I decided to accept Nicole's offer and try out the classes for a month with no commitment to join. I asked Nicole what the fee would be for taking classes for thirsty days, her reply left my mouth open wide. When Nicole responded and gave me the quote of $209.00 I had to ask Nicole to please repeat the amount, I was hoping I had misunderstood, but to my dismay Nicole's response was the same "$209. Nicole responded to my astonishment by asking me if I was looking for a cheap gym. I am not sure if Nicole was being sarcastic or not. I explained to Nicole that I was surprised to learn that the amount for a month to month rate at her facility is $209. I further explained to Nicole that her gym is the most expensive gym in the area. Strive Fitness is $50.00 and up depending on which membership you choose, but no higher than $100. Valley fitness is $79. -$120 depending on which membership package you choose. Valley fitness has a pool, two levels of state of the art equipment and group fitness classes, as well as a beautiful woman's locker room with sauna and whirl pool in the locker room. I did not share this information with Nicole, I just simply sat quietly and listened to Nicole tell me that if I gave up Krispy Kreme doughnuts I would then be able to afford her gym. Insulting a potential member is not the way to gain their business. I am curious to learn what the "true" membership rate is........

We all have a story with ups and downs, gains and losses, successes and failures and every day I go to the Dojo I am reminded how fortunate I am to have joined this familia at TFW Greensboro. Truly the best decision I have made for my health and wellness in my adult life. Having gone through a lot of medical, physical and emotional challenges in life, it was hard to find my motivation to continue to workout or care about my health until I walked in to the Dojo and met with Nicole who convinced me that I would have no regrets if I just gave it a chance. I decided to give it a 30 chance and I was hooked after the first workout. Everyone was very welcoming as though they had known me for years. The camaraderie and motivation I feel from all of the members and the coaches keeps me going back. When I get knocked down or have a set back, Nicole always has my back and encourages me to get back as soon as I can. Thanks Coach and everyone at the TFW Greensboro Dojo. :-)

Awesome facility, awesome Coach and training program. I'm stronger now than I was 5 years ago when I started and doing things I never imagined. Great support system with fellow warriors and Coach Nicole never ceases to amaze me with her dedication and inspiration!
