I found that I LOVE BOXING! I might not always be able to do what the instructor and a majority of the class is doing, but I’m able to modify it and still get a great workout.

BEST ARM WORKOUT EVER!!!!! The gym is very well run, the staff are butt-kicking, and it's super clean and fun. Man, my arms feel it.

Very clean very professional gym instructors were great it really worked with me since I'm a beginner and the pace of the class was perfect for getting in shape and learning the fundamentals of boxing
