This gym has 24 hour access and has everything you could possibly want. It is also is one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest gym, anywhere around.

Their receptionist, I don't remember her name, made me feel so welcome and she seemed to know everyone who walked through the doors. Can't wait to see her on a regular basis as I better my life through fitness.

This place is a jewel. I loved it from the moment I walked into the door. They have my favorite upbeat Christian music playing. When I heard the music I had to fight back the tears because I knew I was in the right place. Brock was the pft who assisted me and he was most excellent. I have every intention on going back because i became a member instantly. Everything about this place is a "YES". I was invited to go check them out by a coworker and it was so worth it. Thank you Tim. Once again you are simply AWSOME!!!
