This place is great! It has wonderful employees and everyone cares. It doesn't have that competitive feel that some other gyms have. Spacious, and the equipment is always checked on to work properly.

Great place to workout, I generally go in the evening to avoid the crowds. Very crowded after work.

The worst payment plan ever you finish contract with them for a year and then they still bill you month to month who would fool someone to signing a contract like this and not let them know would not recommend this gym to anyone

I love the atmosphere at Fit for Life 24. A few of us from the office use Joey Garris as our personal trainer and he always pushes us to our max! The Zumba and other classes are always fun.
