Family oriented atmosphere. Staff is very helpful in monitoring your activities. However they do not have as many machines as Planet Fitness to work out with.

This is my gym! I love the variety of classes. I have tried cycling and became completely addicted. I am able to go in and get my workout done without any problems. The staff is friendly also.

Don't go to this gym! I went to this gym one week I didn't go anymore and my bank told me my credit score has a collection from this gym for 140! They don't call you before to hurt your credit... the worst experience in my life, be prepared to pay one year of membership if you go or not.

They have lots of good machines and a free weight area as well. They do group workouts weekday mornings and you rotate through stations. Great mix of people...all ages and at various stages of excercise programs which makes it feel very inclusive. Stays very clean and neat and the staff is always friendly and willing to help!

I went here for 9 months, initially signed up for a personal trainer for 6 months, everything was fine until I realized I was still being charged 160$ per month to my credit card 3 months after my contract. They refuse to refund my money and the owner is never available, I don't even know who he is. They use a third party for payment transactions called Paramount, make sure you ask them who they are before you sign anything here.
