Day staff are so rude and condescending. Will never feel safe or comfortable coming during the day again. Night staff are always nice and doing their job. Always see her working to keep the place and equipment clean.

Great place to workout and feel comfortable to not feel pressure about looking like the odd ball. I had the opportunity to visit from kannapolis today and this guy whom I wish I asked for his name was soo delighted to help me and offered a quick tour of the place. He was very app roachable and acknowlable of customer services, equipment, and made my experience that much easier.. kudos to him!!! And the team at this location which was extremely clean and safe experience. Thank you!!!

Silver Sneakers accepted!A Good place to be after the Pandemic. Workout at your own pace and they have 65+ plus membership and come in on a your Walker or Rollator too. So slow walk it in and gradually speed up at your own pace. It doesn't matter how long it takes. Just get there!

Checked out the Greenville location as my home gym in Washington isn't open yet. All staff was friendly and helpful. I felt super comfortable there.

Honestly the staff here are friendly and you can tell that the community doesn't judge just by a few interactions in the locker room. Great place to go for exercise or just a massage.

I love my local planet fitness. It is a safe and friendly environment. However they do need to work on fixing equipment More promptly when repairs are needed!

It's clean cheap and well suited for most most people that are just trying to get in some exercise or tanning. It's commercialized and not designed for power lifters. If you want that explosive energy and bars clanging with people getting hyped it is definitely not for you.
