I've always gotten quality customer service here, w/the exception of a couple of "run-ins" w/a manager over a year ago & one staff who were not interested in doing their jobs - I'd reported someone smoking in the women's locker room, completely out of TP, etc & they were quite rude to me. In any case, my recent experiences have been much better. I love that they carry face lotion for tanning - it's a quality product. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is due to their limitations on lifting heavier weights. I think they could have the equipment and still control the "chest beaters," while offering a non-intimidating environment. I mainly go to the local university rec center, where they have bumper pads, etc & don't allow the douchebags to over do it.

Best PF in NC! Everyone always greets you with a smile and the facility is extremely clean. Can’t beat the price, has everything you really need (unless you are a professional body builder), and great location. Donna is outstanding

I enjoy Planet Fitness because it's a clean gym with a friendly atmosphere where people of any fitness level can feel comfortable to work on their fitness goals, day or night. Never have to wait for cardio equipment. Locker rooms and showers are CLEAN. Staff are helpful. And you can't beat the price.

Being a picky person, gyms are hard for me to find one that I like. Planet Fitness suited every need and concern I had. It's nice to go in and enjoy a work out environment in which you don't feel pressured. All the amenities are wonderful and everything is clean.

This gym is great! There is a wide variety of weight machines and cardio equipment. The patrons are always respectful and quick to thoroughly clean the machines after use. I rated Planet Fitness 4 stars because they do not offer group fitness classes like yoga or spin.

Been going to the gym here for a couple years now. Everything is always clean and the folks at the front are really friendly. Broken equipment gets repaired pretty quick unlike some gyms that just remain useless with an out of order sign . Can be kind of busy at peak times, but there is plenty of equipment to go around.

The staff is helpful and extremely nice and explaine everything clearly. The environment is welcoming and the establishment is so clean. It’s not a regular gym where it have a sweaty smell. I like that they have products available for us to wipe down the equipment.

Man the gym the staff the equipment are the best. I really like this gym. It is very convenient for me and 24 hrs when my schedule changes.You are not going to find any weight throwing loud grunting people in here even though they have the weights and equipment to cater to them. Huge improvement in management and staff. Membership price is unbeatable. Always clean. Always see staff cleaning no matter what time of day. Love being able to pull up the app to scan/check in. Always enough equipment available no matter what time of day.

Just joined. Staff are very helpful. Facility is very clean. You cannot beat the monthly rate. Only negative we have seen, is they need more than 1 trainer to assist on the floor during peak hours. Have not waited yet to use any of the machines.
