Kraken Performance is the BEST gym in Hampton Roads!! This gym has all the equipment you need and is ideal for all fitness levels and training goals. They also offer one-on-one personal training with some of the best certified trainers in the area. The gym is clean, and the equipment is in great condition. Best of all, the gym has secure 24/7 access for members. It’s like having your own personal gym. The owners Remi and Ben are great and treat you like family. I highly recommend Kraken Performance Gym. I would give it a 6-star rating if I could! Come support local business owners and get an amazing workout!

Was in town for only a day. Needed a gym close to our hotel. Found Kraken and was pleased we did. Has a great selection of lifting equipment, very clean, and very friendly people. Next time I’m in town I’ll be back!

Best gym in the area. All of the benefits of Onelife, without all the parking and overcrowding issues. A lot cleaner than the other gyms in town as well. Service is great here. This is the place to be.
