Anytime Fitness

Impossible to cancel. Not surprising as many gyms are difficult, but this takes the cake. After sending their certified letter talking to the owner and multiple calls to their "automated" phone system, which must have been designed as torture software by the Chinese. I ended up cancelling my card. I recommend never going to this gym it is not worth the trouble.

Joining this gym is worse than being in a Street gang once you join you can’t leave . We have been trying to cancel our membership for months. It’s almost impossible to get anyone to help you never can find anyone at the service desk when you go in.We have sent letters to corporate and have been told numerous times that it is canceled only to find a new charge on our bank statement next month.

I frequently visit this anytime when traveling. The staff is extremely friendly, particularly the manager or owner who sought me out to hear my thoughts on the facility after seeing my home location was elsewhere. The equipment is functional but the layout and cleaning protocols leave something to be desired. Given the clientele of the town it’s surprising this gym does not have better cloths & spray for cleaning (ie. a microfiber towel instead of paper towels) The overall maintenance and organization is the only thing holding this place back from being 5/5!

I have enjoyed Anytime Fitness in AZ and CT. The people are friendly and Knowledgeable. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I will keep my membership for years to come. Thank you!

Best gym by far! Staff really pushed me to be great

This gym itself is very nice and the trainers were more than helpful. I had some difficulties cancelling my membership but the manager was responsive to my concerns and did their best to address them with what company policies allowed. I would advise being thorough in signing the contract so you know what type of membership you are agreeing to and so you know what to expect regarding cancellation policies.

I love this place....it is a clean,bright and user friendly gym....always open...in over two years that I've been going there, they remain consistent..open with member key, secure, cameras in all workout ares..for anyone worried about security, they have panic buttons you can wear...

Joined the gym since it was close to home. My wife and I both wanted to be on a month to month contract since we were planning on joining the edge once it opened across the street. Some how my wife was put into a month to month contract but I wasn't. know they are telling me I am stuck cause I signed the contract i made it very clear I wanted month to month I believe it was very unprofessional of them.

These stars are totally for the equipment provided for us at this location. My client warned me about the image of Glastonbury and she was correct. Nick at the Farmington location has made my experience there more inviting while the instructor at the Glastonbury location created an environment where I'm being looked at and talked about. I don't speak to anyone in either of the locations because I just come to work out. I can't understand why some mornings the lady with the gray suv and the older man with the silver pick up feel like speaking about me in code ie; "they". I still hate it here in the mornings (but I will be back) and suggest going in the evenings if you can. Farmington and Windsor happens to be better so far. Glastonbury can use a little maintenance.

Good gym, it has everything you need and the bathroom stays clean. The trainers are nice, friendly and helpful. I recommend.
