Plus One Defense Systems

My daughter loves this place. I tired to get her into other sports and she wasn’t interested. I highly recommend plus one defense.

10/10Plus One is hands down, the best gym in the area. Ive been training here for just under a year but I’ve trained Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at other places and they don’t come close to the quality program, facility, or community that Plus One has.Darin, the owner cares deeply about his gym and his people; This is reflected in what he and his team deliver! I believe there are a couple things that make Plus One Stand Out.1. PRICE - The gym is totally affordable and there is a single membership fee. With that fee you get access to the wide variety of martial arts classes, all which have top notch instructors. Additionally, you get access to the gym / weight room, open mats, and showers! Side Note: Everything is always clean!2. COMMUNITY - As a woman, training martial arts and be intimidating at best and dangerous at worst. The instructors reinforce respect and safety no matter who you are working with. Additionally, there is a friendly feel on the mats yet there is plenty of opportunity for competition and challenges.Overall, I am SO happy to be a member at Plus One and highly recommend the gym for anyone interested!

Had my first class here today and will definitely be coming back for more classes. Great clean facility and great instructors, felt welcome as a beginner. Also they have a great weight room with everything you need for a good lift. Nice quality.

Awesome BJJ facility! I dropped in for a class with a friend / current member when visiting the area from out of state. Excellent and respectful training partners and instructors (something I'm quite critical of as a female grappler), clean and spacious facilities, and positive / welcoming overall environment! Can't wait to go back :)

Great place! Dropped in for a jiu jitsu class with a friend. Super clean facility with lots of open space and knowledgeable instructors!

My son did his first day there as a trial and the space is amazing and it has so much to offer with the membership! Definitely worth checking out

I've been a member for for 10 years. Love the gym, the people I train with seeing everyone's own style of martial art. Staff are phenomenal

Been going to this gym for about 5-6 years now. There’s been a few changes with the coaches but it’s still a great place to learn, train and grow. Learning even more now in Muay Thai, especially with Alberto and in BJJ with Nelson. 10/10.

I have been there for almost 7 years now, the staff and people there create a very welcoming environment. As a person they have helped me grow and become a better person. The staff there has been able to help me learn at my own pace, and not rushed me along the years. I have come to love the place and felt it as the people there as part of my family.
