I’ve been a regular client at Eckercise for almost a year and am so glad I found this place! It feels more like home to me than a gym. The staff are warm and welcoming and very knowledgeable. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get more toned, or just simply learn how to make your life healthier in an environment that is not intimidating and familial, this is your place. I highly recommend this place for so many reasons - the people, the environment, the amenities, and the strength I’ve gained in the past year!

Training at Eckercise has made me much more aware of common sense ways to take care of my own body and my own health. A simple routine that effectively reduced and finally removed the pain of a rotator-cuff issue is probably top of my list, although there were other great insights that I have been using regularly. Thank you for giving me a way of staying on task without a feeling of endless repetition. I love it.
