For a newbie to Pilates it was a great workout for the two classes that I have gone to so far. I am only giving this a 4 star because during my first class it was very difficult to understand the instructor it was really muffled. My second class was wonderful I was able to follow along without any issues. I will be going back again soon, =)

Wonderful experience! They have really great coaches, high energy environment, and flexible class times. Definitely recommend this to anyone experienced OR beginning with pilates (I had no prior knowledge but quickly became accustomed to it!).Unfortunately due to an external injury (snowboarding- gah!), I had to cancel moving forward, but 1000% recommend this to any individuals or couples who want a class-dynamic workout! Very challenging- went to my first class taught by Jenna. I have taken many types of fitness classes over the years ranging from Pilates to barre, trx, spin, orange theory, f45 etc and this was at the top! Enough reps/focused movements to burn/shake and still shaking after leaving class!
