Got to be honest, one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life joining. Seeing a gym member or staff is like seeing a family member again. It puts a smile on my face every time someone greets me. Let’s me know I’m in the right place from time to time.

I love this place. If I could give it ten stars I would. Clean as heck, friendly and knowledgeable staff who sincerely care about their members and clients, GREAT classes. Low low price especially for what you get with the total plus membership.

Fantastic gym!!!! Joined up earlier this year and love every workout i do there. I have a hard time leaving Total Health Club due to the fun enviorment and amazing classes and great staff. I would say joining there has been one of the best choices ive made.

I made the jump to Total Health Club from a big box gym and I am so glad I did. Wonderful and knowledgeable staff that always have a smile on their faces.
