Tribe has been a wonderful addition to my life. The studio is modern and bright and accommodating. You will feel like part of something when you walk through those door. I have years of cycling experience under my belt but have been challenged in such a great way with the classes here at Tribe. I was a newbie to TRX but am now addicted to the results that the combo of TRX and cycling classes have given me. Janelle is a skilled instructor---patient, kind, encouraging, and supportive. I highly recommend the new client all inclusive package. Try it out for a month and see what 30 days at Tribe can do for you!

After taking spin classes for over 10 years I finally found a studio that continuously challenges me at every ride!! The instructors are incredible and I have been addicted to Janelle's spin and TRX and TRX/barre classes as I have noticed a complete change in my body composition and increased physical endurance. Tribe has built a community where everyone feels comfortable as soon as they walk in the door and are encouraged to push their limits but always given options for modifications if needed. I will continue to recommend Tribe to everyone looking for an incredible workout and community.

Tribe is my new favorite way to exercise! I took some classes with Janelle and she made me feel like I have my own personal trainer. Her energy and amazing music selection made my hard work turn into fun!
