Mike is a fantastic personal trainer. He is supportive and offers fun yet challenging workouts that make the session fly by! He truly cares about his clients and their progress. He isn't one of those trainers that uses shame or shouting as motivators, which I love. Instead he is super positive and encouraging! Highly recommend!

My time with Mike is what I do for myself ... a decision I encourage anyone to make, an investment in myself with limitless return. I'm a 65 year old attorney/ business professional with a hectic, stressful work life, and admittedly a workaholic. Mike is very knowledgeable, encouraging, and patient ... he knows when and how to push me. It's hard work to be sure, but it's what I've asked for, in spades! Mike exceeds my expectations. He is creative and instructive and takes the time to personalize each workout. Mike understands, clarifies and defines, and expands my goals. I am stronger, and my head is clearer, from my time with him. I have fun, enjoy great conversation and build strength and endurance. It's a bonus that he is such a great guy .... he is an excellent trainer, and I'm grateful to be able to train with him.

I knew I needed a change when I started my weight loss journey in February of 2021 and wanted to help support my wife on her journey. We started to eat better with a low carb and no sugar way of eating. As I started to feel better I incorporated training with Mike Walker owner of Wehafit. Mike listened to my fitness needs and has been working with me on my goals that I am striving for. Mike is very a professional trainer and a great person to work with. Before beginning working out with Mike I had chronic back pain, low energy and could not do a single sit up without severe pain. After a few months my pain has disappeared, my energy level is high and sit ups are pain free. My quality of life has increased dramatically thanks to Mike.He’s patient, innovative and personable.
