First time checking out this location! Planet fitness has grown so much, it's much different from 8 years ago.First time black member and everybody was so easily helpful every step of the way. Good customer service from everyone. This location is more local so its smaller meaning less of each type of machine. Everyone seems accommodating. Love that we have a gym near this residential area. Game changerUpdate. Few months in. They really take care of you here! Still loving this gym!

Well I did cardio for more than I planned because of all the variety of tv shows to watch. It was nice to have over 30min of cardio finished in no time.

There is a red-haired woman who behaved very rude with me and my friends, it seemed that she didn’t like us, we arrived with all the attitude in the world and she spoke to us as if she was bothered that we entered, honestly I don’t understand why that woman’s attitude is my second time in that gym, but I don’t feel like coming back because I don’t want to cross paths with that woman again.

Be careful when you try to cancel, they don't let you cancel your membership unless you pay the balance.if you don't pay, they will keep the membership active and keep charging every month with annual fee. they try to stuck you up.even if you want to complain, you have no options, you will have to deal with the same location.I guess they screw you up, then end of the year try for tax right off, showing loss. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!

Location is own Hawthorne Blvd in the city of Hawthorne California. It has ample parking in front or in the rear parking lot. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, Gym was clean, well stocked and smelled great. Bathroom were clean and stocked as well.
